Jolla phones are new in the market and labelled high priced.The new jolla phones are gaining popularity and they have their own operating system called "Sailfish".They are new in the market and it is incredibly brave move to have their own operating system but you will be happy to know that it supports all the android apps.The phone looks like two smartphones smashed together.It is not that thin as most of you may expect but it does fine in in touch world but not so good in visual world with LCD display and 540 x 960 pixels.The main thing to focus about Jolla is the software.Man o' man it is new,it is the blend of some features of Iphone,Samsung,HTc and windows phones.The lock screen appears with double touch.You will be amazed at the new lock screen that when slided up presents you with home screen with different kind of live tiles but it is not that easy to use.One may get confused using it.Then again company features itself as "Unlike others".As I said earlier it is main focused on the software and not on the hardware,the battery life is not so good lasting for 10-9hrs. Although the software shows no exception crashing.The Appstore crashes a lot,the browser has troubles with some websites and the keyboard feels smaller than it is.The camera and speakers fine,nothing special and again Jolla is beta type and constantly being upgraded.The thing is Jolla is not ready for traditional users,if you just want to try something different at any cost your 400 euros will be well spent.As for us we do not recommend Jolla.
